Return Policy
**WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. EVERYTHING IS TREATED AS A RETURN**
We want you to be satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 15 days of the date you received it, and we will refund the purchase price (minus the shipping). Items returned 15 days after the receipt date will not be accepted. We do not refund shipping and handling costs for returned merchandise. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Policy is strictly enforced.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your package. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied with the original packing slip or invoice.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Bodysuits are not returnable.
Swimwear is not returnable.
We will not accept garments used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or altered by the consumer.
Items covered in pet hair will not be refunded.
Items smelling of strong perfume of smoke will not be refunded.
If an item is returned that does not fit the criteria of an eligible return, the item will not be returned to you, nor will it be refunded.
Prissy Duck, LLC, has the right to refuse a return item if it does not meet the criteria. Items refused for return will not be sent back.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment for all returns including items received as gifts.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 2 weeks.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for Final Sale items. All super sale items are final sale.
If the return is due to our mistake, please contact us at sales@prissyduck.comand we will credit you for the shipping and handling charges.
Store credits and gift cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Prissy Duck, LLC, reserves the right to limit the amount of returns.
Prissy Duck, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
We do not honor previous sale prices or promotions when placing a new order.
