Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
If for any reason there is a delay in the shipment of any item, you will be notified of the delay.
Please verify your address before submitting the order to ensure proper delivery. If we notice there is an issue with the address entered, we will attempt to contact you. If we are not able to contact you, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. If you realized your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately and we will try to change it.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information states your package was shipped and is in the possession of the courier, and/or delivered, and you have not received it, that must be handled with the courier. Prissy Duck, LLC, does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY: Please note, this is a busy time of year and delays can be expected. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number included once your package has been shipped. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

ALL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (FEES, TAXES) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
IN THE EVENT A PACKAGE IS DECLARED ABANDONED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF DUTIES, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. IF PRISSY DUCK HAS TO PAY TO RECOVER A PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN ABANDONED, THE RECOVERY FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RETURN AMOUNT.
Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing increased delivery times & lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved from a particular location or is late, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly for an update. We do not have any further information regarding your shipment once it leaves our facility. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.
AUSTRLIA
We have experienced multiple issues with USPS when shipping to Australia (packages being lost). For that reason we had to make some changes. Shipping is now $60 with UPS. This will ensure you can track your package every step of the way and get your package in a timely manner.
CUSTOM FEES

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
