Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
If for any reason there is a delay in the shipment of any item, you will be notified of the delay.
Please verify your address before submitting the order to ensure proper delivery. If we notice there is an issue with the address entered, we will attempt to contact you. If we are not able to contact you, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. If you realized your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately and we will try to change it.
If your tracking information states your package was shipped and/or delivered and you have not received it, that must be handled with the courier. Prissy Duck, LLC, does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing increased delivery times & lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved from a particular location or is late, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly for an update. We do not have any further information regarding your shipment once it leaves our facility. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.
We have experienced multiple issues with USPS when shipping to Australia (packages being lost). For that reason we had to make some changes. Shipping is now $60 with UPS. This will ensure you can track your package every step of the way and get your package in a timely manner.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 15 days of the date you received it, and we will refund the purchase price (minus the shipping). Items returned 15 days after the receipt date will not be accepted. We do not refund shipping and handling costs for returned merchandise. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Policy is strictly enforced.
We hope to make your returns as easy as possible, simply:
- Complete the attached form including your order number. (Please verify that all information is correct)
- Ship items back to the return address provided.
At Prissy Duck, we treat exchanges as returns. Simply, return your item(s) and reorder the new item or size you need. We will process your return once the item is received.
Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied with the original packing slip or invoice.
Swimwear is not returnable.
We will not accept garments used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or altered by the consumer.
If an item is returned that does not fit the criteria of an eligible return, the item will not be returned to you, nor will it be refunded.
Prissy Duck, LLC, has the right to refuse a return item if it does not meet the criteria. Items refused for return will not be sent back.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment for all returns including items received as gifts.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 2 weeks.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for Final Sale items. All clearance items are final sale.
If the return is due to our mistake, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will credit you for the shipping and handling charges.
Store credits and gift cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferrable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Prissy Duck, LLC, reserves the right to limit the amount of returns.
Prissy Duck, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
We do not honor previous sale prices or promotions when placing a new order.
